Guest Chef Bio:- Ms. Amandine Faligant

We're thrilled to be welcoming Chef Ms. Amandine Faligant to bring you this special event. Here's a little flavour of her story...

- Having completed a European Masters in Food History, Amandine then trained as a chef in a family-run restaurant in a small village high up in Auvergne mountains in France.
- She then moved to West Cork & worked in Chestnut, a Michelin starred restaurant in Ballydehob for the last three years & here, she learnt how to cook with what the amazing West Cork larder has to offer.
- Amandine is now cooking & making sourdough breads in Dillons in Skibbereen & is excited to starting this new foodie collaboration with Two Green Shoots, serving up rare & unusual botanicals freshly picked from our edible garden paradise.
